About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to join our team as

Executive - Mall Operations

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the mall, maintaining strong retailer relationships, and driving engagement initiatives to enhance customer experience and overall mall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain regular communication with retailers to ensure smooth coordination.

Ensure implementation of defined merchandise levels for each retailer category.

Monitor stock freshness and prevent stock-out situations.

Ensure advance seasonal stock availability and timely visual merchandising as per theme or season.

Follow up for timely collection of retailer dues.

Design and implement retailer rewards and recognition programs.

Organize various competitions and engagement activities among retailers.

Celebrate store anniversaries on a monthly basis.

Address and resolve customer and retailer issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.

Oversee day-to-day mall operations and ensure upkeep, safety, and security of the property.

Manage outsourced staff effectively -- including Security, Housekeeping, Parking, Pest Control, and Horticulture teams.

Implement weekly, fortnightly, and monthly operation plans.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

Minimum 2 years of experience in mall operations or retail property management.

Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and outsourced teams.
