Job Description

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on high-speed packaging machinery to ensure consistent operational efficiency. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical issues in packaging equipment. Collaborate with engineering teams on equipment upgrades, line modifications, and new equipment installations. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and repairs. Train and mentor junior mechanics on equipment operation, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols. Implement and follow quality assurance procedures to meet production standards and improve workflow reliability. Monitor equipment performance and proactively recommend improvements to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.

Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field. Proven experience in maintenance and repair of high-speed packaging machinery or similar industrial equipment. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and safety protocols. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong documentation and reporting skills.
