Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual for the role of Executive Loss Prevention at Reliance Retail. This junior-level, full-time position is based in Delhi, Noida, and Kanpur. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the organization\'s assets are protected, reducing shrinkage, and fostering a safe environment for both employees and customers.
Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient understanding of identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to protect the company\'s assets and reduce liabilities.
• Experience in overseeing daily security operations to ensure a secure environment for customers and staff.
• Expertise in conducting regular inventory audits to detect and prevent discrepancies.
• Skilled in employing various methods to investigate theft, fraud, and other irregular activities within the retail environment.
• Ability to implement emergency response plans to handle potential security threats or incidents swiftly and effectively.
• Knowledgeable in best practices and techniques for minimizing shrinkage and preventing losses.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and reports to identify patterns or anomalies indicating potential risks.

Educational Qualification: Graduation in any stream
Roles and Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor loss prevention policies and procedures to minimize shrinkage and protect company assets.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of inventory, facilities, and processes to identify potential risks and areas of concern.
• Execute strategic security plans to address vulnerabilities and enhance the overall safety of the retail environment.
• Conduct investigations into theft, fraud, and other suspicious activities, compiling comprehensive incident reports for management review.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and other agencies as required to address security incidents and ensure compliance with legal standards.
• Analyze security data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations to upper management.
• Maintain and regularly update the store\'s emergency response plan, ensuring all staff are aware of their roles and responsibilities during an incident.
