Manage end-to-end logistics operations for B2B and B2C shipments
Coordinate daily pickups, deliveries, and reverse logistics (RTOs)
Act as a point of contact with courier partners, transporters, and warehouses
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery as per defined SLAs
Resolve operational issues such as delays, short deliveries, damages, and losses
Ensure accurate documentation including invoices, e-way bills, PODs, and challans
Monitor and control logistics costs including freight, appointment charges, and ODA
Prepare daily and monthly MIS and performance reports
Handle customer and internal escalations professionally
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and statutory regulations
Support onboarding of new logistics partners and locations
Identify process gaps and suggest operational improvements

Pay: ₹11,879.11 - ₹32,843.29 per month
