Receive textile samples (yarn, fabric, garments, accessories) and verify details against test request forms.
Log samples into LIMS/manual registers and assign unique sample identification numbers.
Label, tag, and route samples to the appropriate testing sections.
Track sample status to meet turnaround time (TAT) requirements.
Communicate discrepancies, delays, or missing information to concerned teams.
Maintain sample records, storage, and documentation as per SOPs and ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
Support audits and assist with sample dispatch after testing.
Requirements:
Diploma / Graduate in Textile or related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in a textile testing lab (preferred).
Knowledge of textile materials and basic testing processes.
Good data entry and documentation skills.
Proficient in MS Excel and lab systems (LIMS/ERP).
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills
