Role Summary



The Executive - Liaison will be responsible for coordinating with various government authorities, statutory bodies, consultants, and internal stakeholders to obtain, track, and manage all approvals and compliances related to building proposals, land matters, and project development. The role requires strong communication skills, deep understanding of government procedures, and hands-on experience with AutoDCR and municipal processes.

Key Responsibilities



1. Government Liaison & Statutory Coordination



Liaise with government authorities, municipal departments, and regulatory bodies for obtaining required approvals and clearances. Ensure timely submission and follow-up of proposals and compliance documents.

2. Approvals & Compliances Management



Coordinate with Liaison Architects, Licensed Plumbers, Government Engineers, Consultants, Lawyers, and Management to ensure all compliances are met from submission to receipt of approvals. Handle end-to-end approval processes including: IOD Amended Approvals Commencement Certificate (CC / Further CC) Full Occupancy Certificate (OC) Building Completion Certificate (BCC)

3. Coordination with Municipal Departments (MCGM)



Interact with various MCGM departments such as Assessment, Maintenance, Garden, PCO, SWD, SWM, Ward Office, etc. Address and resolve queries raised by municipal authorities.

4. Revenue Department Coordination



Work with Revenue departments including SLR, City Survey, SDO, Dy. SLR for land records, mutations, and related documentation.

5. AutoDCR & Plan Scrutiny



Scrutinize all building plans as per regulations. Manage AutoDCR procedures, calculations, and compliance checks.

6. Documentation & Application Preparation



Prepare applications for all permissions, NOCs, process plans, budgets, and timelines. Generate required paperwork for CFO, Concession, IOD, CC, OC, and other compliances. Invite and process quotations from consultants for NOCs (Plumbing, Tree, Fire Safety, etc.).

7. Issue Resolution



Ensure timely redressal of all complaints or queries raised by government departments.

8. Business Development Support



Conduct due diligence for new projects, including review of land records, approvals, and regulatory requirements.

9. Tracking Approvals & Renewals



Maintain a comprehensive tracker for all approvals/NOCs including their expiry dates, renewal requirements, and compliance schedules.

Key Competencies



Strong knowledge of municipal regulations, approval processes & land revenue matters Expertise in AutoDCR and building plan scrutiny Excellent communication & liaisoning skills (Marathi proficiency required) Documentation accuracy and process orientation Ability to handle multiple authorities and stakeholders simultaneously Problem-solving and follow-up efficiency
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
