Follow-up with BDA & BBMP for obtaining building plan sanctions CC, OC etc.

Follow-up with Revenue departments for all documents

Qualifications & Skills

Any Bachelor's degree

Minimum 3 plus years of relevant experience in the real estate sector

Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

Proficiency in Kannada language including reading and writing
