Job Title
Executive / Sr. Executive - Supply Chain Management
Reporting Supervisor
Manager - Supply Chain Management II. JOB PURPOSE
Overall responsibility for all operational, F&B procurement and AMC for various Contracts. III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities
? To effectively interface with vendors and service users.
? To receive and distribute indents without any error & effectively coordinate with the user departments.
? Order placement / release as per Authority Matrix & ensure correct vendor selection.
? To follow-up for deliveries and maintain vendor master data.
? To review & update Indent / PO status & prepare technical / cost comparative statements.
? To process bills for payment without any error.
? To ensure quality product at best possible rates.
? To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices.
? To comply with the service quality Process, environmental & occupational issues & policies of the respective area.
? To comply with patient safety policy.
IV. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Measurable Deliverables
? TAT compliance from Indent to Delivery > 90%
? Purchase Price Variance not more than +/- 5% > 95%
? Vendor Rating > 95% of selected vendor V. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate
Experience
2 to 4 years of relevant experience in F&B purchase in a Hospital/Hotel/Food industry

? Knowledge of Commercial terms Warranty / Sales Tax / VAT / Excise Duty / Liquidated Damages, etc.

? Sound knowledge of various technological advancements in the field of Commercial and Purchase
