JOB DESCRIPTION I. JOB DETAILS Job Title Executive - Medical Quality Reporting Supervisor Manager - Medical Quality
II. JOB PURPOSE To support the hospital in quality improvement activities.
III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Core Responsibilities Patient / Customer Care

  • To comply with the quality process & policies of the respective area.
  • Handling of patient grievances related to medical services and clinical areas. Job Knowledge
  • To demonstrate effective application of technical & professional knowledge. Process Orientation / Documentation o Coordination of NABH Committees: Infection Control, Code Blue, PISC, OT users etc.
  • Ensure meeting calendars are made.
  • Review Minutes of Councils meetings.
  • Ensure effectiveness of committee meetings.
  • Provide feedback to operations/clinical departments. Accreditations: NABH
  • Support the planning and implementation of all requirements of accreditation Audits & QI projects
  • Carry out routine audits of clinical areas / departments.
  • Provide feedback to departments.
  • Support and implement QI projects.
  • Closure of Non conformities. Quality Assurance
  • Management of serious untoward incidents, complaints, issues of poor clinical performance and to promote patient safety.
  • RCA of Incident reporting, adverse incidents followed by corrective action and implementation of Preventive action. Medical Policies and Standards
  • Dissemination, Implementation, Training of Organization policies and regular audits. Clinical indicators and Performance indicator
  • To support the development, periodic review and improvement of clinical indicators.
  • To support the development, periodic review and improvement of NABH performance indicators. People Orientation
  • To demonstrate professional & courteous behavior to patient & co-workers. Cost & Revenue
  • To operate within budget cost. Discipline
  • To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices. IV. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS Measurable Deliverables o Audit Schedule Adherence 100%
  • Ensure regular MIS
  • Closure of non-Conformities:100%
  • Timely MIS on Clinical Quality and Medical Governance
  • Timely progress of accreditation activities as per plan
  • 3 QI projects
  • NABH compliance >95% V. JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Qualifications BDS / BPT with MHA / PGDHA Experience 1 to 3 years in a well-established super specialty hospital. Behavioural Skills

  • Team work, Quality conscious Technical Skills
  • Thorough knowledge of Healthcare Environment, Patient Safety and unique healthcare quality management principles.
