Job Description

Audit and review invoices status/ approved/reduced amounts daily with complete accuracy and no tolerance for errors or rework. Follow all audit procedures, training materials, and documented guidelines consistently in daily work. Identify and promptly report exceptions such as

Rejected

or

No Records Found

invoices to the assigned team lead. Timely follow up until the invoice issue is resolved. Notifying missing invoices list comparing with AR report/ raw data from billing app. Update audit trackers after each completed audit by: Entering the audit date and auditor initials Completing all required status fields and comments accurately Ensure the original audit tracker remains unchanged; clearly highlight and document any required updates with justification. Document and explain any mismatches between vendor site data and tracker records, including dates and supporting notes. Immediately report vendor site access issues and provide required screenshots to prevent account lockouts. Maintain full focus and availability during working hours, actively participating in check-ins and responding promptly to requests. Comply with surprise audits, progress checks, calls, and screen-sharing requests to validate work and ensure transparency.

Requirements:

Open to both freshers and experienced candidates (

preferably with exposure to legal e-billing

).

Strong Excel skills

required, including data entry, filters, and basic formulas. Good

analytical skills

with

high attention to detail.

Ability to handle high-volume work efficiently while maintaining accuracy. Good communication and documentation skills, with

a clear understanding of the logic and processes involved in legal billing

.
