Conduct tours of villas, highlighting features and benefits to interested parties.
Lease and documentation:
Prepare and execute lease agreements, including handling applications, background checks, and collecting security deposits and first month's rent.
Negotiation and closing:
Negotiate lease terms and conditions with tenants to finalize the deal.
Tenant and landlord relations:
Act as a liaison between tenants and owners, answering questions, resolving issues, and coordinating property maintenance.
Administrative tasks:
Maintain organized records of all leasing activities, including tenant communication, payments, and agreements.
Market analysis:
Stay up-to-date on local real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activity to provide market knowledge to owners.
Skills and qualifications
Experience:
Previous experience in residential (Villa) leasing is required.
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and handling paperwork.
Sales and negotiation:
Proven negotiation and sales skills to close deals effectively.
Organization:
Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple properties and leads.
Technical proficiency:
Basic computer skills for managing data and correspondence.
