Executive - Learning & Career Advisory

Location: Kochi(Nedumbassery) and Trivandrum(Kazhakkoottam)

Experience: Minimum 1 year in Study Abroad Counselling

Salary: ₹12,500 per month + Incentives

Key Responsibilities

? Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with prospective students to assess their academic

profiles, career goals, and preferences.

? Guide students in selecting suitable countries, universities, and programs aligned with their

interests and aspirations.

? Provide end-to-end support in the application process, including document review, SOPs, LORs,

and interview preparation.

? Organize and host webinars, workshops, and information sessions on study abroad

opportunities and cultural transition.

? Collaborate with alumni and guest speakers to share real-world insights with students.

? Create and maintain resource materials such as brochures, guides, and digital content on study

abroad programs.

? Build and nurture partnerships with international universities, educational institutions, and

program providers.

? Provide pre-departure support including visa assistance, travel planning, and cultural adaptation

guidance.

? Offer post-departure support and address any student issues or escalations.

? Maintain accurate records of student consultations, applications, and placements.

? Contribute to lead generation and pipeline management through outreach, events, and

promotional activities.

? Deliver exceptional customer service to students and their families throughout the entire

journey.

Additional Information

? Travelling expenses will be reimbursed.

? Annual salary hike based on performance.

? Work schedule: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).

? Working hours: 09:00 AM - 05:30 PM.

? Leaves: 2 casual leaves per month.
