Oversee and ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws (e.g., PF, ESIC, Contract Labour Act, Payment of Wages Act, Gratuity, Bonus, Minimum Wages) for the organization and its vendors.
Manage registrations, renewals, and timely submission of monthly/quarterly/annual returns and reports to relevant labour authorities
Prepare compliance reports, update trackers for due dates, and liaise with Payroll, HR, and management teams
Support the implementation of compliance-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
In-depth understanding of Indian labour statutes, statutory requirements, and amendments.
Proficiency in Excel and HR/Compliance Management Systems
Excellent communication (written/verbal), attention to detail, problem-solving, time management, discretion, and ability to work with sensitive data
