Description: Visit offices of Govt bodies, Hospital , Police , Community groups etc 4.Courier & Dispatch . Description: Control over Mail room , courier , scanning services . 5.Office facilities . Description: Environment and Hygiene management , cleaning services, Pantry services . Printing/Stationery ,Telephone/Mobile. 6.MIS custody .
