Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with training vendors to deliver and implement training sessions.
Manage training facilities across the country.
Liaise with Country Heads, Regional Heads, Country HR team, and Line Managers to plan and deliver training programs.
Manage the line trainer program and monitor training standards.
Drive L&D activities to improve standards and achieve world-class talent development.
+ Initiate and execute the training calendar.
