Job Description

Responsibilities



Handle calls with insured members, hospitals, and partners. Respond to emails for claim updates and document follow-ups. Do accurate data entry in Excel and company systems. Manage PIMS work like claim registration, uploading documents, and status updates. Maintain proper records and follow TAT.

Skills Required



Good communication (calls + emails). Basic Excel knowledge. Accuracy in data entry. Ability to handle multiple tasks.

Qualification



Graduate Fresher or experience in TPA/Customer Support preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
