Roles & Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of ERP, LMS, and SIS platforms including user access and troubleshooting.
Provide training and support to faculty and students in educational technologies.
Collect, validate, and maintain student and academic records across systems.
Generate attendance, enrollment, and performance reports for academic review.
Support integration of feedback systems into ERP/SIS for curriculum improvement.
Collaborate with IT, Registrar, and Quality Assurance offices to ensure data consistency.
Document procedures and contribute to knowledge bases/user guides.
Key Skills (Mandatory)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Excellent data entry, reporting, and analytical skills
Familiarity with ERP, LMS, SIS, and other educational technologies
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of SQL or database queries
Experience with online exam platforms, e-portfolios, or digital credentialing tools
Exposure to data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
