About the Role

We are looking for a motivated

TMS Operator

to join our 4PL Control Tower team. The role focuses on managing day-to-day transportation activities through our Transport Management System, ensuring visibility, accuracy, and seamless coordination with logistics service providers and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor the

Transport Management System (TMS)

for daily shipments. Execute transportation bookings, track & trace shipments, and update status in real-time. Ensure accurate entry of freight orders, carrier details, and routes. Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and customer teams to resolve issues. Generate reports and dashboards on KPIs such as OTIF, delays, and cost performance. Support freight bill validation and digital documentation through TMS.

Requirements

Graduate with

1-3 years' experience

in transport/logistics operations. Hands-on exposure to

TMS platforms

(SAP TM, Oracle, BluJay, MercuryGate, etc.) preferred. Strong data accuracy, attention to detail, and coordination skills. Understanding of basic transport KPIs (OTIF, transit time, cost per shipment). Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting. Good communication skills for working with carriers and customers.
