We are hiring an experienced

IT Engineer

for a work-from-office role based in Kolkata (Salt Lake). The ideal candidate must possess expertise in managing predictive and progressive dialers, router configuration, inbound/outbound call routing, data structuring, and hardware knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

:

Manage and configure predictive & progressive dialers. Handle inbound and outbound call routing. Configure and manage routers and networks. Structure and maintain data integrity. Provide technical support for hardware-related issues. Manage Open Source & Premium Dialer

Requirements

:

Qualification

: B.Tech with CCNA/CCNP certification.

Experience

: Minimum 06-12 months of experience in the same domain (on paper). Proven track record of meeting KPIs within similar roles.
