Job Description

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, hardware, and software.

Provide technical support to internal teams (troubleshooting & resolving issues).

Offer remote IT support to other branches/offices virtually and ensure smooth operations across locations.

Ensure network security, data protection, and system backups.

Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and services.

Assist in planning and implementing new IT projects and upgrades.

Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.

What We're Looking For

? Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

? Experience in IT support or system administration.

? Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux environments, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.

? Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, or similar).

? Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

? Must be based in Surat, Gujarat (local candidates only).
