Job Description

Responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and functionality of our Windows environment, encompassing hardware, software, and user support.

Windows Operating Systems:

Proficient in deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows-based laptops and desktops. Experience with system imaging tools and deployment techniques for large-scale Windows desktop deployments.

Hardware Support:

In-depth knowledge of Windows-based laptop and desktop hardware components. Ability to diagnose and replace faulty hardware components, such as memory, hard drives,

and peripherals.

Software Applications:

Expertise in installing, configuring, and supporting a variety of software applications

compatible with Windows.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, industry-specific applications, and collaboration tools

like Microsoft Teams.

Troubleshooting:

Proven ability to diagnose and resolve Windows desktop-related issues promptly. Experience with remote troubleshooting tools specific to Windows environments.

User Account Management:

Knowledge of user account provisioning and deprovisioning processes in a Windows domain. Proficiency in managing user profiles, permissions, and access controls within a Windows

environment.

Group Policies:

Understanding and implementation of Group Policies in a Windows environment. Configuration and enforcement of security policies through Group Policy Objects (GPOs) on

windows-based systems.

Patch Management:

Implementation of patch management strategies for Windows operating systems and

software applications.
* Regularly applying security patches and updates to Windows-based desktop systems.
