The IT Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day IT support, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and networking devices
Installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems and software
Troubleshoot connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, Internet, Router, Switches)
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
Ensure data backup, antivirus updates, and system security
Coordinate with external vendors for repair, AMC, and procurement
Support email setup, password resets, and user management
Assist in implementation of new hardware/software solutions
Monitor system performance and handle basic server-related tasks (if required)
Required Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
1-3 years of experience in IT support or system administration
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking
Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, printers)
Basic understanding of firewall, antivirus, and backup processes
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and support multiple users
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of ERP support
Basic server or cloud exposure
Experience in technical documentation
