Provide technical support for POS systems across retail stores (installation, configuration, and troubleshooting).
Monitor POS performance and ensure timely resolution of issues to minimize downtime.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for upgrades, patches, and system integrations.
Train store staff on POS operations, basic troubleshooting, and best practices.
Ensure POS data accuracy and assist in periodic audits.
IT
Provide Level 1 & Level 2 IT support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
Manage and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Handle user account management, access rights, and password resets.
Support in maintaining IT assets inventory and documentation.
Ensure data backup processes and basic cybersecurity practices are followed.
Assist in the rollout of new technologies and IT initiatives.
