Job Description

Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware, software, and network administration systems. Troubleshooting IT issues, resolving system outages, and providing technical support. Monitoring system performance and ensuring optimal uptime for all IT resources. Managing IT security protocols to protect systems from potential threats and vulnerabilities. Assisting with data backups, disaster recovery planning, and implementation. Managing inventory for IT equipment and recommending necessary upgrades or replacements. Documenting IT policies, procedures, and troubleshooting guides for internal use. Conducting periodic system analysis and audits to ensure compliance with organisational IT standards. Collaborating with other departments to understand technology requirements and integrate new technologies.
