Purpose of the Role:
EV/PV FME Invoices Verification & MIS
Job Roles & Responsibilities - Level
Experience in Invoice/ Claims Verification
Preferable if Knowledge about Fixed marketing expenses
Responsible for Invoices Verification
Ensure to achieve daily target and met SLA with 100% Accuracy
Ensure to provide timely feedback to vendors on claims rejections
Responsible to provide updates and training to vendors for submit the claims
Coordination with external (vendor) & internal stakeholder
Responsible for audit compliance
MIS, Presentations & Conducting Review Meetings
Identify new strategy that will support the business needs
Transforming the process as per business requirements through various routes like IT Automation or through RPA (Digital format).
Good analytical/Digital mind set and communication skill with Dealer/Customers/Channel partners handling experience will be preferred
Ensuring Regular Governance in place (Internal & External Governance Meeting with teams and Business)
