/ Responsibilities*: (Attach sheets if necessary) \xe2\x97\x8f Manage and maintain Inventory Min-Max stock level. \xe2\x97\x8f Record maintaining of inward material, outward material and job work. \xe2\x97\x8f Dispatch of material in coordination with accounts. \xe2\x97\x8f Issuing the MRN production, material transfer notes to other plant or vendors. \xe2\x97\x8f Material Handling of raw material, capital assets, machineries etc. \xe2\x97\x8f Maintaining rack system with proper storage instruction. \xe2\x97\x8f Material handling and Lean Management. \xe2\x97\x8f 5s\xe2\x80\x99 Implementation \xe2\x97\x8f Maintaining tool room. \xe2\x97\x8f Daily record for all the materials. \xe2\x97\x8f Maintaining Inventory count reports. \xe2\x97\x8f Maintaining all the register such as Stock, inward, outward, GRN, MRN, FG, etc. \xe2\x97\x8f Maintaining & reporting of material rejection. \xe2\x97\x8f Note in coordination with procurement team. \xe2\x97\x8f Implementation of Kan-Ban and JIT. \xe2\x97\x8f Material tagging and tracking with respect to FIFO. \xe2\x97\x8f Analytical skills\xe2\x97\x8f Handson experience on ERP\xe2\x97\x8f Documentation\xe2\x97\x8f Proficiency in Advance Excel\xe2\x97\x8f Communication Skills\xe2\x97\x8f Interpersonal Skills\xe2\x97\x8f Planning & organization skills. \xe2\x97\x8f knowledge about JIT, MS Office \xe2\x80\x9cMS Excel\xe2\x80\x9d. \xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge about- material handling equipment & control.\xe2\x97\x8f Tracking of capital assets.
