Role Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced International Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for global marketing strategies, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of international markets. As an International Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote our products worldwide. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to adapt to different cultural contexts.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute international marketing plans to achieve business objectives. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in target regions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to localize marketing materials and messaging. Manage relationships with international partners and agencies. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns across various channels. Stay up-to-date with global marketing trends and best practices. Travel to international markets as needed for meetings, conferences, and events.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in international marketing, preferably in a chemical industry. Strong understanding of cultural differences and nuances in global markets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in foreign languages is a plus. Willingness to travel internationally.
