Sales & Business Development:
Identify and develop new business from international customers, distributors, and partners for API sales.
Manage and grow existing client accounts in allotted countries
Conduct Pharma company search in allotted Countries
Customer Management:
Handle customer inquiries, technical data requests, pricing, quotations, and negotiations
Check shipment documents as received from logistics team and then provide to customers
Check basic tech documents like COA's specs, MSDS, etc as received from factory and release to the buyers
Maintain strong business relationships through regular communication, updates, and support.
Product & Documentation Support:
Coordinate with RA and QA teams to provide DMFs, COAs, MOAs, and other product data as per client requirements
Ensure timely sharing of documents to customers
Commercial Operations:
Negotiate commercial terms and execute sales orders in coordination with logistics and commercial teams.
Support export documentation, regulatory submissions, and supply chain coordination for timely dispatches.
Coordination with Internal Teams:
Liaise with manufacturing, QA/QC, stores, and logistics to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
Follow up with the concerned stake holders
MIS and reporting:
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and submit to HOD
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
