Role Summary:

Play a key role in managing and supporting the global engagement team at Ahmedabad University.

Responsibilities:

? Support in expanding the international partner network with related research and outreach; and organization of workshops, events, and campus visits from partner universities.

? Plan and initiate activities with the student community that foster awareness about global education opportunities. Oversee services supporting international students' academic success, cultural integration, and well-being.

? Develop a communication plan for robust engagement across internal and external stakeholders, including designing a calendar of events, highlighting student success stories, managing digital platforms (social media, website updates, webinars), preparing presentations, reports, newsletters, and developing impactful promotional and outreach materials.

? Prepare, organize and manage efficient systems and processes for data management, standard operating procedures, digital/paper files and legal documents, and other channels for efficient conduct of initiatives.

? Conduct basic research on internationalisation trends, peers/national/global data on success and best practices and create knowledge articles/short stories on global education topics.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
