Receive and process customer inquiries from:
Email
IndiaMart / online portals
Sales team
Direct customers
Coordinate with
Application Engineering
for technical inputs.
Prepare and send
quotations, offer letters, and commercial proposals
to customers.
Follow up on quotations to convert them into orders.
2. Sales Order & Documentation
Create and process
sales orders
in ERP / SAP B1.
Ensure correct:
Customer details
Pricing
Delivery terms
Payment terms
Maintain order records, proforma invoices, and dispatch documents.
3. Internal Coordination
Coordinate with:
Production for order status
Stores for material availability
Dispatch for delivery schedules
Accounts for billing and payment follow-up
Ensure smooth flow of information between all departments.
4. Customer Communication
Provide customers with:
Order confirmation
Delivery updates
Dispatch details
Handle basic commercial and delivery-related queries.
5. Reporting & Data Management
Maintain sales data such as:
Inquiry tracking
Quotation status
Order pipeline
Provide regular reports to Sales and Management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma / Graduate in
Engineering, Commerce, or Business Administration
.
Experience in
internal sales, sales coordination, or customer support
in a manufacturing or engineering company.
Familiarity with
ERP / SAP B1
is preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
