3. Manage the entire claim process from initial intimation to final settlement.
4. Provide ongoing customer service and support to clients for policy renewals, amendments, and queries.
5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies, and claims in the company's system.
Technical Competencies:
1. In-depth knowledge of General Insurance products (Motor, Travel, etc.)
2. Understanding of end-to-end claims process
3. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word for quotes and documentation)
4. Familiarity with insurance policy issuance procedures
