We specialize into Home Loans, Loan Against Property, Business Loans, Personal Loans, Construction LoansKey Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain loan products/services. - Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information to customers. - Maintain a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction. - Record customer details, feedback, and interactions in the system. - Follow up on leads to achieve daily and monthly targets. - Coordinate with team members to improve call performance and conversion rates. - Adhere to company guidelines and ensure quality standards in every call.
