Ltd (TendersOnTime)About the Role: We seek energetic and goal-oriented Inside Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will engage with domestic and international B2B clients over the phone and email to promote and sell our global tender subscription services. This is an exciting opportunity to grow in a fast-paced sales environment.Key Responsibilities:1. Make outbound calls to B2B clients (domestic and international)2. Promote and sell TendersOnTime subscription services3. Handle inbound inquiries and provide product information4. Convert leads into successful deals5. Maintain CRM records accurately6. Build and maintain long-term client relationships7. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets8. Coordinate internally for smooth client onboarding and issue resolutionEligibility:- Education: 12th Pass or Graduate- Experience: 6 months to 3 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer support- Age: 19 to 35 years- Language: Fluency in English is mandatoryWork Schedule:- Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off)- 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM- All Sundays OffCompensation & Benefits:1.
