We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our team! The role involves lead generation, prospecting, and account research to drive new business opportunities in the IT Services/Software Services industry.- Inside Sales Executive (IT Services)- Location: Bangalore - Experience: 2+ years (IT Services/IT Software Services only)- Role Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities:- Conduct research to identify key contacts in target IT companies and industries.- Drive outbound lead generation via emails, calls, LinkedIn, and other channels.- Qualify leads and schedule meetings between prospects and internal stakeholders.- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure smooth handover and conversion.- Create and maintain databases (with focus on Finance industry in India) in CRM systems.- Perform account and market-based research to identify opportunities.- Support marketing events with outbound activities to increase engagement.- Develop a strong understanding of our client's offerings, value propositions, and target customer personas.Key Requirements:- 2+ years of proven Inside Sales experience specifically in IT Services/Software Services industry.- Strong track record in achieving lead generation targets with mid to large enterprises (50M+ in revenue/funding).- Hands-on experience in end-to-end lead generation for IT services/products in India.- Ability to clearly articulate service offerings, features, benefits, and USPs to prospects.- Experience working with Sales Navigator, LinkedIn, Lusha, or other lead-gen tools.- Proficiency in CRM systems, mass mailing tools, GSuite, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for drafting effective emails and client calls.- Exposure to working with mid to large-sized IT services firms (preferred).Personal Attributes:- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly disciplined.- Process-driven and results-focused with a persistent and competitive mindset.- Strong team collaboration skills.
