Position : Inside SalesExperience : 4-5 YearsNumber of Position : 05Qualification : Any Graduate BTECH,MTECH,BCA,MCA,BBA,MBA etcPreference : Person should be IT industry only and immediate JoinerLocation : Delhi, Mumbai,Package : 35K to 40K (Depends On his current package)JD Inside Sales :- Building the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing, and other lead generation activities- Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships- Convert Leads to Qualified Opportunities leveraging strong customer understanding skills, following the BANT guideline, by identifying the correct decision makers/influencers and understanding their requirements along with timelines and budget (BANT).- Work closely with the Marketing team to successfully executive Marketing Campaigns for her/his business territory in close coordination with the CC and NC- Handing over qualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale- Maintaining and updating the lead generation DB, Reporting, and Lead Gen. Activity Tracker- Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.- Establish & maintain strong relationships with clients & new prospects (following up on inbound leads from different sources, proactive cold calling; and following up on outbound marketing campaigns)- Update Sales Reporting Tools (IS Business Scorecards, CRMs, XLs, etc.) on a regular basis- Present the performance progress in weekly Rhythm of Business calls and Reviews.
