- : Inside Sales Executive : Job Role & Responsibilities :- Engage with customers through outbound calls and follow-up on potential leads.- Understand customer requirements and identify relevant sales opportunities.- Address customer queries and share additional product/service details via email.- Stay updated on product features, services, and company offerings.- Maintain and update a database of existing and prospective customers.- Explain and demonstrate key product and service features to customers.- Stay informed about competitor products and market trends.- Promote and upsell products and services where applicable.- Research and qualify new leads to expand the customer base.- Close sales effectively and consistently meet sales targets.- Occasionally visit customers and partners in person when required.Job Type : Full-time | PermanentQualifications : - Minimum Graduate (Bachelors Degree)- Experience :- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT products and solutions.
