Responsibilities: - Be responsible of achieving his or her sales targets though direct-to-consumers (D2C) channels.- Acquire leads and contracts.- Examine sales-related data, propose and implement countermeasures to hit the targets.- Provide counselling to customers at the clinic or as a part of home-service- Collaborate with other teams in the company.- Implement any related activities including sales, marketing and PR activities.- Follow up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through websites, chats , e-mails and social media.- Advising customers on suitable products and services as per their needs and specifications.- Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold calling and Emailing.Requirement:A successful candidate will have:- Bachelor's degree- A minimum of 1 year of work experience in business-to-consumer sales, or in online D2C inbound sales activities.- Working experience as an inside sales representative in startup companies or healthcare related companies or clinics.- Proficiency in speaking and writing in English, Hindi.- Experience in using CRM software is a plus.
