Role Overview:- Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for connecting with students, researchers, and professionals over phone/email, explaining the company's services, and converting leads into customers.Key Responsibilities:- Call and follow up with potential clients to explain services (PhD guidance, research paper support, editing, etc.).- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable services.- Maintain and update client database (leads, follow-ups, conversions).- Achieve monthly sales targets.- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve lead generation and conversions.- Build and maintain good relationships with clients.Skills & Qualifications:- Graduate in any field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).- 1-4 years of experience in telesales/inside sales/customer handling.- Good communication and convincing skills.- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
