Key Responsibilities- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and online research.- Conduct product presentations and effectively communicate the benefits of online UGEN PG courses.- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective students and provide detailed course information.- Maintain relationships with prospective students and nurture leads until conversion.- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Update and manage lead details and sales progress in the CRM system.- Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation campaigns.- Track sales performance and report to the sales manager regularly.- Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and resolve any concerns related to course offerings.- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and updates in online education.Required Skills and Qualifications :- Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA (Marketing/Sales preferred).- 1-5 years' experience in Inside Sales, TeleSales, or Educational Sales.- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.- Ability to build rapport and convert leads into customers effectively.- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.- Proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office.- Self-motivated and target-driven with excellent time management skills.- Prior experience in EdTech or online education sales is an advantage.
