Role Summary:- An Inside Sales Executive talks to potential customers over phone, WhatsApp, email, or online meetings. - Their main job is to explain our services clearly and close sales without going for field visits.Key Responsibilities:- Call and follow up with PhD scholars and researchers- Explain company services like journal publication, thesis support, and research guidance- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable service packages- Handle enquiries from calls, WhatsApp, emails, and leads- Convince clients and close deals within the given target- Maintain lead details and follow-up records- Coordinate with technical and research teams after deal closure- Provide regular sales reports to the manager- Maintain professional and polite communication with clientsSkills Required :- Good communication and convincing skills- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling- Ability to explain services clearly- Target-oriented and self-motivated- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, email, WhatsApp)Qualification & Experience:- Any degree (UG / PG)- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply- Experience in education, research, or service sales is an added advantage (ref:updazz.com)
