We Are Hiring: Inside Sales Professional - Defense Sector Join a leading product-based defense company at Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore.We're looking for a talented Inside Sales professional with strong exposure to Public Limited clients.- Role: Inside Sales - Work Mode: Office (5 days a week) - Location: Bangalore - Notice Period: Immediate joiners / up to 15 days preferredKey Responsibilities:- Identify and qualify potential clients through calls, emails, and professional networks (LinkedIn, job portals, etc.), meetings in-person.- Understand client staffing or service requirements and present tailored solutions.- Schedule and manage product/service demos and coordinate appointments with prospects.- Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture leads through the sales funnel.- Manage the entire sales process; from prospecting to closure with consistent communication.- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions, meetings, and opportunities in the CRM.- Must open to travel globally or across India.
