Job Description

Key Responsibilities- Identify, qualify, and generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and online research.- Understand customer needs and provide suitable product/service recommendations.- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and follow up consistently.- Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations (if applicable).- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).- Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, lead generation, or a similar role.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).- Good understanding of the sales cycle and customer relationship management.- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
