Key Responsibilities:

System Support:
Handle day-to-day laptop support for North & East region employees.
Primary support for printers at Delhi office, Delhi warehouse, and Kolkata office.
Assist Mumbai IS team as needed.

Support & Maintenance:
Perform system administration and asset preparation for new joiners.
Manage and maintain UPS, Tata line, and other IT assets.

Data Backup:
Ensure user data backup is available on servers and maintain backup on tape drives.
Rotate tapes for data security and continuity.

Server Support:
Maintain and support servers in Delhi and Kolkata.
?
Application Support:
* Support and maintain all standard and specialized applications used by departments.
