GENERAL SUMMARY

ArisGlobal is looking for a Junior/senior executive to join a Global Compliance & Audit team. The ideal candidate will have experience breaking down requirements into epics and stories with strong Compliance, GAAP and communication skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Own, manage and co-ordinate Statutory compliance filing of India and foreign entities (India, US, and Europe).

• Coordinate with a global tax consultant on Audits, Statutory filing, and intercompany activities.
• Plan and coordinate with financial audits and Transfer pricing of foreign entities.
• Own, and manage the Local and international monthly closure activities of global consolidation (journal entries, reconciliations, and analysis)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED * 3 to 6 years of experience in Statutory compliance filing.

• Excellent communications skills (including verbal and written English)
• Ability to communicate across multiple business functions at all levels.
• Flexibility in working with teams in various time zones; and ability to coordinate often with US teams.
• Inter (CA, CS, CMA), MBA, MCOM and CPA Pursuing.
