Role Summary
QC Micro Analyst
Key Responsibilities

• Work in shift, responsible for performing microbial purity testing for different fermentation samples.
• Issuance of cell bank to manufacturing team.
• Ensure and follow good documentation and Good microbiology practices.
• Maintenance of cell bank
• Involve in BMR preparation for cell bank activities.
• Ensure document submission to production and quality assurance team as per requirement.
• Monitoring and maintenance of ULT chamber
• Media preparation and sterilization activities pertaining to cell bank
• Material procurement, SAP reservation and moving materials in SAP.
• Basic knowledge on SAP system.
• Decontamination, material disposals.
• Involve in LIMS master data, SAP related works.
• Taking ownership and provide efforts to meet all business targets.
• Involve in microbial identification, sending samples, transportation of cell banks.

Educational Qualifications
Required Education Qualification: MSC Microbiology
Required Experience: 2- 5 years
