Required Education Qualification: B.Tech
Required Experience: 4 - 8 years

Handling automation related queries and fixing for process control systems.
Ensure all the controls systems are comply to compliance's.

1. Review all Process Equipment's, Utility equipment's P&ID, Data Sheets and automation documents.
2.Participate FAT activities of Process equipment's and Utility equipment's.
3.Execute, Review Qualification Documents of Process Equipment's.
4.Co-ordinate for Installation and commissioning of Process equipment's
5. Participate for System walk down, SAT, IQ and OQ of Process equipment's or in case of new modifications.
6. Responsible for Preparation of critical Spare of all Process Equipment's.
7.Preparing, Executing and review the Preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance checklist for process equipment's and approval of the executed preventive maintenance checklists and Planner and ensuring timely closure of the issue with adequate measures.
8.Responsible for providing necessary training to contract employees and get trained himself and ensuring Good Engineering Practices and to comply with audit compliance, safety and Productivity.
9.Adherence to standard operating procedures, Safety, cGMP and EHS requirements.
10.If required need to come in shift and attend breakdowns and support production team.
11.Attend breakdowns on time to minimize the productivity loss.
12.Close the complaints w.r.t breakdown by coordinating with CFT teams.
13.To prepare/ensure document for user management and backup's are maintained proper and it can be produced at any time.
14.To perform/ensure the PM activities for PLC and servers and maintain to the documents.
