- Role : Sales Executive (Inbound Sales Voice)- Location : MumbaiShift Timings:- 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM- 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM- 8.30 Pm to 5.30 AM- Week Offs: Fixed Saturday and SundayKey Responsibilities.- Handle inbound calls related to home security products and services.- Assist customers in choosing the right home security packages based on their needs.- Explain product features, benefits, and installation procedures clearly.- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.- Achieve daily/weekly sales targets- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.- Follow company compliance, security protocols, and quality guidelines.Skills & Qualifications:- Minimum High School- Prior experience in BPO, tele sales, or customer support is an added advantage.- Strong English communication skills (verbal is mandatory).- Ability to handle customers with patience and clarity.- Basic computer proficiency and CRM handling skills.- Target-driven, self-motivated, and quick learne (ref:updazz.com)
