Job Description

Responsibilities:

? Manage end-to-end execution of on-grid solar projects (500 kW to 10+ MW), both rooftop and ground-mounted.

? Ensure smooth coordination between offi ce and site teams for timely and quality project delivery.

? Coordinate site survey planning and ensure accurate data is collected.

? Review and guide the design team to align engineering layouts with project and site requirements.

? Ready the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for each project.

? Optimize material planning to avoid shortages or excesses.

? Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely ordering and availability of materials.

? Oversee dispatch plans and track shipments to ensure timely delivery to project sites.

? Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., DISCOMs, government bodies) to obtain necessary permissions and approvals.

? Prepare daily/weekly/monthly project progress reports and dashboards.

? Project progress reporting to client.

? Maintain documentation related to design approvals, dispatch schedules, commissioning checklists, and compliance.

? Track plant performance post-commissioning and coordinate with the O&M team to ensure expected energy generation and uptime.

? Identify and resolve issues that may affect performance KPIs.

? Build and manage a project control team that includes planning, BOQ management, reporting, and vendor coordination.

? Act as the central point of communication between internal teams (design, procurement, logistics, and execution).

? Identify potential project risks (delays, shortages, design conflicts) and resolve them proactively to avoid impact on timelines or quality.

Skills:

? Excellent spoken and written English language (not broken English)

? Solar & BESS technical competency

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
