Qualifications:

• Exp Required: 4-5 years in EXIM field
• Education: Any Graduation and diploma in EXIM management

Primary skill:

• Knowledge of EXIM rules and regulations
• Pre and post shipment documentation of import and export
• Co-ordination with freight forwarders.
• Co-ordinate with Custom Bonded warehouse (FTWZ) for in-bonding the material, labeling and ex-bonding procedures f
• Custom duty payment
• Calculating the landed cost of imported items
• Dealing with CHA/Shipping line for clearance of imported goods at competitive rate
• C.H.A. Bill checking & passing to A/C for payment.
• Handling Custom Related Issue & Custom Clearance of Goods
• Maintaining Master Sheet of Export & Import.
• Any other work-related export & import for smooth running of logistics function
• MIS Reporting

Secondary Skill:

• Preparing the monthly/quarterly compliance reports.
• Negotiating freight with various freight forwarders to ensure seamless and cost-effective movement of consignment
• Good Communication skill
