Working and collaborating with other teams to drive the product level agenda and enhance project conversions.
Market Development
Identify opportunities across various business segments through competition analysis, regular market visits and giving feedback to brand team for new product development.
Customer centricity
Enhance consumer experience by ensuring resolution of complaints within the defined timelines.
Integration
* Integrate with other verticals like BH team, Decor pro team, APPS team, WT Central team and Supply Chain team to promote sales and service to customers.
